bonehead ledger
the front desk you never hired
every enquiry, deposit, session and dollar in one place. you stay in the chair.
free with bonehead ads management. not sold on its own.

who's behind it
bonehead digital. we run meta ads for tattoo artists and nobody else.
tattoo-only since 2024.
100+ artists across six countries so far.
built in-house by the person who runs your ads.
the bit nobody warns you about
enquiries in your dms. deposits in your head. a screenshot of a bank transfer somewhere on your camera roll.
someone asks about a sleeve on a tuesday. you answer on saturday. they booked with someone else on wednesday.
you know you had a good month. you couldn't say what it came to.
and it all happens in the hours you meant to be tattooing.
what it actually does
01
a doorbell, not an inbox
someone enquires and your phone tells you. the whole thing is on one screen before you've put your machine down.

02
deposits with your policy signed on them
send a link. they read your terms, sign with a finger, pay. it lands on their file.

03
session ends, one tap
$650? yep. it's logged, the piece moves on, and you don't think about it again.

the honest bit
the app never messages your clients and never pretends to. conversations stay in your dms where they already are. it writes the message, you send it. and stages move by themselves as you work, so there's nothing to drag anywhere.
the bridge
your ads can't see who booked
meta knows who clicked and who messaged. that's where it stops. it doesn't know which of those became a booking, a deposit, or someone in your chair for six hours.
ledger tells it. when an enquiry becomes a booking and a booking becomes money, that goes back as a signal, hashed, and only where the client has consented.
meta sees which enquiries became tattoos. you don't have to change how you tattoo to use any of it.

the bit you're actually worried about
- what does it cost me per booking?
- nothing. no per-booking fee, no cut of your deposits, no charge per artist. it comes with your ads management and that's the whole arrangement.
- do i lose my client list if i leave?
- no. there's a download-everything button. csvs plus your photos, whenever you want them.
- do i have to change how i work?
- no. no inbox to live in, conversations stay in instagram, and if you already have booking software you can run this alongside it as a tracker.
- what happens to my clients' details?
- they sit in your workspace and no other artist can see them. what goes to meta is hashed and only where someone has consented. it is never sold. what's held and for how long is on the privacy page.
- what if i stop working with bonehead?
- your pages and links stop at end of service. your data stays exportable for about 30 days, then we wipe it.
- how much of this do i have to set up myself?
- some of it, on purpose. we do the technical side and you never touch it. you add your photos, your intro, your deposit policy and your rates, in one go at first login.
how you get it
it comes with the ads work
it isn't sold separately, and there's no waitlist.
it's a fit if you've been on instagram six months or more and you can put $15 to $20 a day behind ads.
at $10 a day the only thing worth running is sending people to your page. the campaigns that ask for enquiries and dms need more room than that.
if that's not you yet, the honest answer is that the app won't fix it.
getting a tattoo?
you've probably come here from an artist's link. this is the software they use to run their books, not a place to book anything.
