terms, the short version
the real contract is the client agreement each artist signs with bonehead digital. this page is the standing facts, stated plainly.
what ledger is
bonehead ledger is provided by Bonehead Digital to artists and studios as part of ads management. it is not sold separately, there is no separate software contract, and there is no per-booking fee, no cut of deposits, and no charge per artist.
your data is yours
an artist's contacts, enquiries, pieces, sessions, money records and photos belong to the artist. there is a download-everything button in settings that exports the lot, any time, no questions. we do not sell your data or your clients' data.
if the ads relationship ends
pages, links and bonehead-built ads end at end of service. your data stays exportable for about 30 days after that, then we wipe it. the exact number of days is stated in your client agreement.
payments
money moves directly between an artist and their client, by card through the artist's own stripe account or by bank transfer to the artist's own account. bonehead is not a party to those payments and never holds the money.
